2009 Call for Nominations

The LMA Capital Chapter is accepting nominations for the 2009 Chapter Board of Directors.  Any member who meets the below criteria is eligible for service on the Board, and we encourage the participation and service of a diverse cross-section of our Chapter's membership. 

Please direct all nominations, using the attached form, to Deirdre Christin, Immediate Past President and Chair of the Nominating Committee, no later than Friday, October 3rd.  Members may nominate themselves or may nominate others.  The slate of candidates for 2007 Board service will be presented to the Chapter for voting in November.

Criteria:

• A nominee must be a regular member in good standing of the Legal Marketing Association and the Capital Chapter.
• A nominee must have been a member for at least one year.  
• A nominee must have served for at least one year immediately preceeding their nomination on a chapter committee or on a national LMA committee.

Process: 

• Complete the nomination form (link below) completely and email it to Deirdre Christin at deirdrechristin@gmail.com
• Include as references three LMA members who are not current Board members.  A list of the current board of directors is attached.
• You will be contacted with further information on the status of your candidacy.
