Rich Friedman has extensive experience in strategic market planning, market research and analysis, PR and positioning strategy, and business development consulting and training for technical and marketing professionals. He has also assisted firms with the implementation of growth strategies, including merger/acquisition searches for target firms, and executive searches for key talent.

As an independent consultant, Friedman has worked with firms of all sizes, including numerous ENR 500 organizations. His technical and business degrees combined with his industry experience provide him a detailed understanding of architecture, engineering and construction services and the business development process. He is known for his superior responsiveness, communication skills, and his ability to achieve results, even in the face of the most challenging organizational dynamics. Friedman has conducted a number of seminars and workshops for firms, design and environmental industry professional associations, including AIA, SMPS, ACEC, AGC, NSPE, and "Build Boston." He has been featured in a number of A/E industry publications, including SMPS' Marketer, PSMJ's A/E Rainmaker newsletter, and ACEC’s Engineering Inc. magazine.
