Thanks to the generosity of Sports Shares, in lieu of our monthly program meeting scheduled for July 8, the LMA Rocky Mountain Chapter invites our members and the members of the newly formed local chapter of the Association of Accounting Marketing to get together in a Sports Shares suite at Coors Field for some Rockies baseball and socializing.  Come celebrate summer and hang out with some of the most fun people in town!   This is an exclusive members-only event.  Cost is $20 and includes food and non-alcoholic drinks.  Alcoholic drinks will be available at cost.

Date:  Thursday, July 17, 2008

Time:  6 pm to end of game, game starts at 7 pm

Directions to the Suite:  The Sports Shares suite at Coors Field is suite 23. Enter Coors Field at the 20^th & Blake St entrance and take the elevator to the suite level where Coors Field staff will direct you to suite 23.

Parking:  Parking is available in neighborhood surface lots for $5-$20 depending on proximity to the stadium.

Register by July 14 to make sure you get a place at the ballpark!  Seating is limited to 30.  Reservations made and not cancelled by July 15 at noon will be charged the full registration fee.
